    It includes brief information on over 800 lines of business organized by SIC code.


    RMA Annual Statement Studies

    An extensive ratio compilation and analysis based on financial statements submitted to member banks from current and prospective borrowers in from 340 industries. While a smaller number of industries the range of information about the ratios is greater.


    Almanac of Business and Financial Ratios
    Library Location = Ref HF 5661 R25 A44

    Compiled annually from data collected by the Internal Revenue Service. It provides information on about 250 difference lines of business, offers fewer ratios and less information and is less timely. However, the composites in Almanac of Business and Financial Ratios are developed from a larger base and a greater breakdown of asset categories is available. Most libraries subscribe to both.
