10K Reports
For publically traded company the
SEC (United States Securities and Exchange Commission) requires very detailed financial disclosure forms. The most detailed of these forms is the 10K form which is required to be filed each year (usually by April 15). A search form is available on the site. Many of the databases mentioned on this page also provide access to this information.
